What services does NDSTAT Analytics offer?
We deliver monitoring and evaluation, impact and baseline surveys, agricultural and food systems research, health and medical research (including KAP studies), social and market research, data analysis, GIS mapping, dashboard development — and full technological development when your programme needs its own data platform.
Where is NDSTAT Analytics located?
Our head office is at No. 1 Ejigbo Street, FUTA South Gate, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria — but we deliver engagements for clients across Nigeria and internationally.
What are your business hours?
We are available 8am to 5pm West Africa Time (WAT), Monday to Friday. Enquiries that arrive outside working hours are still replied to — you will typically hear back within one business day.
How do I request a proposal or quote?
Use the contact form, email hello@ndstat.com, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us about your programme, product or research question and we will respond with next steps, usually within one business day.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Scope drives timeline. A focused survey or analysis can take a few weeks; a multi-wave baseline–endline evaluation or a custom platform build typically runs over several months. We agree a delivery timeline with milestones in writing before any work begins.
Do you work outside Ondo State?
Yes. Our field teams cover all of Nigeria, and we regularly support development partners, NGOs and research institutions across West Africa and beyond.
How is my data protected?
Project data is stored securely, access is limited to the team working on your engagement, and findings are only shared with the parties you approve. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Can we collaborate with your team on our own systems?
Yes — alongside standalone deliverables we embed with client teams, co-design instruments and dashboards, and build tools that run inside the client's own infrastructure. Our clients also get a dedicated portal for files, tasks, milestones and communication.
